(2) The suggestion was made that we should attempt to fit the P.III parts, supplying only the attachment to the rear crossmember with the chassis, and the bumper support tubes etc, as extras.

(3) As it has been agreed to discontinue the "F" type steering for P.III, it was agreed to remove all reference to it on the Chassis print.

(4) Although the standard Wide Frame 25/30 bodies will have an overhang greater than the maximum allowed by the Chassis print, it was agreed not to alter the latter, but to add a note to the effect that sanction for any increase over the maximum allowed must be applied for by the coachbuilder.

(5) As the petrol filter on our cars is in a rather inaccessible position, it was agreed to add a note in the Instruction Book, to the effect that the filter does not clog and that its cleaning should be a service operation, the interval recommended to be suggested by the Experimental Dept.

(6) Mr.Finney pointed out the urgency of finalising the B.50 body mounting bracket position and holes as it is necessary for him to put in hand building trucks.

Other points discussed with Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders} Mr.Finney, JLE.{J. Lee Evans - Chassis Test Manager} Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}

(1) It was agreed to fit to 2-B-5 a stop lamp on each wing and not to use a built-in number plate.

Our present arrangement is not suitable for cars sold in Europe. Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders} will send EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} suitable lamps and Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} will produce a scheme.

(2) The programme for testing 1-B-50 and 2-B-5 was mentioned by Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders} It was stated that Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} wished that:-

(a) Mr.Finney should join the car after it has done sufficient mileage in France to shew faults, and that P.W. should leave a man there to stay with the car for a week.

cont'd.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary}
