Your ref: Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.2/AD Dear Sirs, In reply to your letter of the 11th inst, regarding the 200 watt dynamo recently supplied, we regret the delay in answering due to the intervention of the Commercial Show. We note you consider a cut-out voltage of 17 is a high figure with which we agree. We usually consider that the open circuit voltage of our dynamos should be between 15 and 15.4 volts. Unfortunately due to the urgency with which this machine was required we did not give it our usual complete test here. We should be glad if you would kindly return the dynamo to us as soon as possible when we will carry out the necessary adjustments and return it to you immediately. Yours faithfully, BOSCH, LIMITED, [Signature] Technical Department. RECEIVED 19 NOV 1931 E3402 H.J.G. 5M.10/31 | ||
