18th May 1936.

Messrs. Donald Sessions & Co.Ld.

examination may tell us whether the leaks are due to the flash on the rubber or whether they are due to bad adhesion of the rubber to the metal tubes.

We shall be glad if you will let us know what results you get, as the result of using the new improved moulds we spoke about during our recent visit, as we consider it very important to find out definitely what is the cause of the leaks which we are experiencing.

Yours faithfully,

For and on behalf of
ROLLS-ROYCE Limited

A.G.ELLIOTT

CHIEF DESIGNER.
