URGENT.

Car No. 48-MS- London Continental Trials. Gx2/KW17.1.33.

We are anxious to loan this car this coming week-end,
through Watsons of Liverpool to Sir Thomas Royden, as they think
they can persuade him to order one of a similar type.

Is it possible for this car to be ready in time for,
say, Capt.Strong to collect it on Friday afternoon and to hand it
over to Watsons or Sir Thomas Royden on Friday evening or possibly
early Saturday morning ?

Will you please,if possible,reply on the 3 o'clock call,
or if that is not possible,by memo tonight, so that we can inform
Watsons accordingly, and thereby, I hope, make the necessary
appointment with Sir Thomas.

Gx.
