Urgent request to modify Bentley III front dampers for different damping loads.

Will you please drill a pair of dampers, to be provided by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Clm.{D. D. Clapham}, already drilled for a side valve, for a top valve with connection holes FB.4268 herewith. The top valve needs a bellows, but not the side valve, and both valves have the sliding sleeve made solid. Each valve to be set at 40 lbs., no bellows pressure. This is an urgent job.
