Dear Sir,

We hope you have now had an opportunity of considering the contents of our letter of the 9th instant reference Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.4/MA., referring to improvement to Rolls-Royce and Bentley Headlamps. We have not yet heard from you as to whether you intend to visit us or not, and we hope you will let us know your intentions on the matter.

Referring again to the new Lucas Fog Lamp a sample of which you showed to the undersigned on the occasion of his visit we would like you to send us one of these along as quickly as possible as it is desired to fit this to our Managing Director's 40/50 Rolls-Royce Chassis in London, at his own request.
