Modifications to Bentley Brakes, concerning the rearrangement of 14' front drums and the substitution of brake shoes.

Since we wish to reduce the angle of shoe embrace on the front brakes, and the same shoes can be used on the back, the suggestion is that these shoes should be substituted for those on N. Sch.3974.
