Specification for the Engine having the 1" wide
Crank Pins with lead bronze Connecting Rod
Bearings.

(1) Textolite timing gears to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1219 and 1221,
with ground steel gears and lapped Textolite gears.
(2) Cylinder head 6.75 Compression Ratio, to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1372.
(3) Halford type silent tappets. (If & when available).
(4) Crankshafts to EX.14081.
(5) Connecting Rods to EX.14210/1.
(6) Scheme to prevent valves dropping into
cylinder, LEC.3838.
(7) Flywheel and clutch, N.Sch.3948/3954.
(8) Double contact breaker, LEC.3323.
(9) Aerolite pistons in RR.53 with the latest grinding. (on order from Light Production).
(10) Helical gear oil pump, LEC.3746.
