Rolls Royce Ltd., DERBY. 27th November, 1934. ATTENTION OF W.A.ROBOTHAM ESQ. Dear Sirs, We are sending you certain technical data comparing our MA.2 and '90' pattern tyres (Fort type) in the two sizes in which you are most interested, i.e. 6.00/19 and 7.00/19. This information was promised in Mr.Healey's letter to you of the 19th inst. and was given to you verbally when Messrs.Price and Law visited your Works on the 20th. We would confirm that we shall be pleased to renew our technical contact with you and that we shall be particularly interested to co-operate with you in your studies of different types of independent wheel suspension. We have already encountered one or two new tyre problems in connection with such systems, and we feel that the further joint study of such problems will be to our mutual advantage.
