Copy to H.S.

I have arranged to come to Derby to-morrow driving the Foreign Propaganda car (Chassis No. 4-XJ) and the Driver Heckford who was in charge of it.

We are anxious for you to go closely into the condition of this body and certain features in the chassis arising out of its very strenuous tour during the last few months on the Continent, before we take the matter up with the Coachbuilders, Thrupp & Maberly.

I shall arrive at the Works soon after 2 o'clock, and shall return to London the following day by the 3.30 p.m. train.
