Dear Sirs,

Attention of Mr. H.E.West

Your favour of the 28th inst, to hand, for which we thank you.

We confirm the recent visit of the writer, and thank you for the information you have given us regarding the test of the two Motors recently forwarded to you.

We have also received the Motor Unit with shunt windings and will arrange to replace this Unit with one having series windings similar to that you now have on test. Moreover, we are continuing the tests of the shunt wound Motor and will advise you regarding same in due course.

Regarding the method of mounting, will you be good enough to express your opinion as to whether any advantage would arise in reducing the depth of the facia board by arranging for the lid{A. J. Lidsey} of the gear box to be extended on either side and suitably drilled for taking the wood screws usually used for mounting this gear box.

LID{A. J. Lidsey}

Yours faithfully,
KLAXON LIMITED.
