stabiliser bumper for the front. The question of price for this is to be closely investigated.

Lead bronze bearings - as soon as sets of these are available S. will endeavour to appoint some cars for them to be fitted on, such as, Company's Trials Cars and those of friendly owners like Professor Dodds, Geoffrey Smith, Captain Barnarto and others.

We are waiting on BY for information as to how soon the isolated change speed lever will be introduced on production, and also the point at which the extra oil feed to cylinder wall from connecting rod of the drilled-up type will be available.

Re Worst Features, these are -
(1) Performance in view of increased weight.
(2) Front end movement.

The 35° cams have now been standardised for introduction at the IOIst chassis in H2 series. Meantime all Company's and Agents' Trials Cars have been fitted with these specially.

Re 21-G-IV, Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}'s note of the 9th instant was referred to, and Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} enquired when this car will be going to France with improvements in the steering to overcome existing objections and the hypoid gear back axle. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} will advise.

Further news is awaited re introduction of remedy for change-speed lever rattle.

Exhaust period at 30 m.p.h - Cx{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} will report further on this after further tests with London Trials Cars.

Carburetter troubles and C's Memo - the question of excessive flooding and petrol consumption was mentioned, and Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} suggests the fitting of a filter to take care of this trouble, which is considered to be due to the flexible pipe leading to float chamber. EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} has so far been unable to reproduce this trouble on a car that has offended in this way.
