X4329 PN{Mr Northey}4/DN/15.5.23. FROM PN.{Mr Northey} h/s. S/W. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} c. to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} & Bk.{A. Birkett - Commercial Manager} What is being done with regard to increasing the loading of the rear Shock-Absorbers on the 20 H.P. right now ? I understood from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} that Mr. Royce immediately agreed that the rear Shock-Absorbers should be more damped, and as this is a matter I have urged for a long time, I am anxious that all our cars should have the advantage of this modification as soon as possible.
