XC4117 RECEIVED 1931 SEP S/W. H.S. from PN.{Mr Northey} Copy to E.W.H. -> H.S. -> P.N. A.10/WTB.9.31. Muhlenkamp. 183-XJ. I am glad to note from your MA/SB{Mr Bull/Mr Bannister}/HK{Col. T. Harker - Sales}5.9.31 that there would appear to be little doubt in your minds as to the wisest course to pursue in connection with this owner's trouble, taking into account that his car is driven very fast on the Continent. Will you please let N. have the rear low-rating springs, advising us as soon as they are despatched, and also the set of hydraulic shock-dampers as on 23-EX. Do you intend to convey by the expression 'set' that four dampers will be sent, or only two of the latest type for the rear as in the case of 58-GN? Also, I conclude that you propose to remove the Hartford dampers recently fitted to the rear at the same time as the low rating springs will be fitted. PN.{Mr Northey} | ||
