15579 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}7/LG. 2nd. July 1925. The Autovac Mfg.Co.Ltd. Heaton Norris, Stockport. Dear Sirs, Referring to our letter of the 15th.ult. We should be grateful if you could reply to our letter mentioned therein. We have been doing considerable work in connection with the complaint that the action of the autovac causes the engine to miss-fire or run unevenly when the induction pipe is sucking at the Autovac. In our opinion it is going to be a very difficult complaint to eliminate because the Autovac acts as a large surface carburetter. We have several customers who are complaining about this and before we tell them that it must be accepted as an unavoidable fault in the Autovac system, we should like to have your views. Thanking you in anticipation. Yours faithfully, | ||
