Dear Sirs, Thank you for your letter of June 28th. The reason for the delay in answering is that we again wrote to our Tester in France for the defective Jack Bracket and Flexes. However, we have now received one broken cap only, the condition of which does not convey much. This we are forwarding to you under separate cover.
