RE DUNLOP TYRE PRESSURES.

Thank you for your note of the 19th. inst. re above.

As explained, it will not be possible to persuade the Dunlop Co. at the moment to agree to even lower pressures than those outlined in their booklet, "Care of tyres", supplies of which were sent you on the 17th. inst. The pressures embodied therein were only agreed after considerable discussion, but we will take the matter up with them in the near future if you and the Experimental Shop can bring forward any further data to prove the pressures they now specify are too high.
