re Armour Shields - Type BD{Mr Berend} Naval Gun
Non elevating Mounting

We confirm that you took away with you yesterday CPL.136, shewing the armour shields for the type BD{Mr Berend} gun on the Non-elevating Mounting. We understand that the scheme will be detailed and made by the L.M. & S.R. using mild steel plate, should suitable armour plate not be available.

. The face shield is to CPL.134, and the ammunition tray to CPL.130.

A clasp is provided to hold open the lid{A. J. Lidsey} of the ammunition box.
