Sidgreaves - MD} tells me he left with you a rather lengthy letter from Mr.Symons, in which he deals with the importance of having a highly qualified mechanic with him as the third passenger. Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} thought that somebody like Dodds would be the sort of man for this trip and no doubt you will let us know that some suitable man can be detailed to accompany Mr.Symons on this journey. Would you please let us have back the letter from Mr.Symons referred to above, and if you require a copy of it no doubt you will have one made before you send it to us. Mr.Symons will probably call and have a chat with you on Wednesday, February 3rd, as he expects to be in the neighbourhood and thinks that a chat might be useful and helpful on details.
