BENTLEY III - 7.B.V.

Will you please do the following work :-

(1) Remove front springs for examination by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale} and to find cause of rattle, and re-assemble with new type of rubberised washers to be supplied by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale}
( While the springs are removed we wish to look into the displacement of the front inner bearings of the lower triangles.

(2) Set exhaust pipe to clear hole in cruciform.

(3) Fit latest one piece rear brake rods with 5/16" ends as the present 1/4" rods are identical with those which failed on C.B.IV in France.

(4) Repair broken bijur pipes to both rear spring leaves and to offside front suspension.
