Every Car NEEDS a TITAN Steering Stabiliser FOR ... SAFETY! Every time you take your car on the road you are risking a burst tyre. You may be careful to see that your tyres are in good order before you set out, but who can say how deep a small and innocent-looking cut on the tread or wall may extend? A small piece of glass may easily cut through a brand new cover with disastrous results. And you can't fit new covers every time you go out! The TITAN Stabiliser SAFEGUARDS YOU AGAINST THAT SUDDEN SWERVE WHEN A TYRE BURSTS—whether it be back or front. And what about that “TOUCH ON THE HUB-CAP” from a carelessly driven passing vehicle? Or that sudden and unexpected bump in the road surface or deep pothole? Dangerous, all these, UNLESS YOU HAVE A TITAN! WITH A TITAN FITTED, YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO SAY “THE STEERING WAS SNATCHED OUT OF MY HANDS.” FOR ... ECONOMY! The whole time your car is on the road, the steering gear is being battered and hammered by road irregularities. It is in resisting this battering and hammering, NOT IN STEERING THE CAR, that the steering gets worn, and it is continual small deflections of the front wheels continually being corrected, that make your front tyres wear out sooner than the rear tyres. THE TITAN ABSORBS THESE SHOCKS, STOPS THE MOVEMENT THEY PRODUCE AND REDUCES THE WEAR. FOR ... COMFORT! Modern steering is very light and sensitive. “Finger Light” they call it. But it is therefore susceptible to every small deflecting impulse. It is “pot-hole light” and “corrugation-light” as well. With a TITAN fitted, you need not be “steering all the time”—continually correcting small deflections. The TITAN makes the steering smooth, certain and positive at all speeds, AND LEAVES IT STILL “FINGER-LIGHT.” Holmes (Horsham) Ltd. | ||
