With reference to your EFC4/AD28.5.30, we note that it was not Mr. Rugeroni Sr., but his son, who discussed this matter with you recently at the Works.

As, however, Mr. Rugeroni asked us to deliver to him one dozen of these ballast resistances for 20 h.p. we did so, and C. has now decided that he should be charged with these.

We note that spare Tungsten contact point levers and screws would be better to keep as spares, in order to deal with similar complaints, than the ballast resistances, and we are advising Mr. Rugeroni to this effect.
