Dear Mr. Ward, Regarding our visit to you, I have taken the matter up with Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}, who expects to be in your district on Tuesday next week (8th April), but at present, the question is still undecided. The provisional arrangements are that Mr. Draper and myself should go to London by a train that arrives at St.{Capt. P. R. Strong} Pancras at 12.15 and meet Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} at your Works. Should there be any change in these arrangements, we will write or telephone.
