X1290 To EJJ. Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 28/KW.18.11.35. Cold Chamber. Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} remarked to me that I was holding up the Cold Chamber by asking for it also to have equipment for heating. You will realise that I only mentioned this 3 days ago, and therefore I do not see that it can be responsible for the three or four months' delay which have taken place since it was agree that we could have a Cold Chamber. However, lest it should cause further delay, we withdraw our request for any heating equipment whatever, which leaves the straight-forward issue as previously. We want the Cold Chamber as soon as we can get it, and somewhere to put it when it arrives. Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
