PHANTOM 111. FOUR PORT HEAD - AIR SILENCER.
Referring to Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /Wym. {G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager} 1/AP.21.9.37. will you please delete the air silencer stays, and remove the bosses from the induction pipes. The number of rivets E.18305 round the end plate to be increased from 8 to 16. The Stiffener E.88076 should also be removed from the silencer.
