purely for sentimental reasons, I thought you would never require them. The only important piece I knew you required was the cyl head, & this you took away, also the Hartfords, which I did not mind. If however I had thought you really wanted the other pieces, I would not have taken them away. My impression was that you naturally required the cyl head for the Stream Lined Saloon. Having got the very one part which was vital to you, I failed to see why you suddenly made use of the fact that I took away these few unimportant pieces in order to avoid carrying out your agreement to rebuild the chassis to standard specification free of charge. It would have been quite easy for you to have discussed this point with me before seizing such a small opportunity to cancel our arrangement. Yours Sincerely, E.P. Hall
