Inquiring about the effectiveness of the rear brake mud shield on the Phantom model.

We should be glad if you will confirm that
the rear brakes on the present Phantom do keep free from mud.
It has been found on the SS.{S. Smith} that the shield was ineffective
because it overlapped the flange on the drum.

We see no reason why this should not happen on present production
cars and therefore would like to know your experience.
