COPY H. {Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} F.s/T.W.26.2.26. Chassis G.H. 61. Owner. A.E.Hutton Esq., Moonhills Gate, Beaulieu, Hants. Body:- Weyman Saloon. As per Hrs. instructions I went to the above car, the owner having complained that after taking delivery in London he experienced a slow speed wobble while travelling over a stretch of rough road on the journey home, this only happened once. He also complained of a rattle which could be heard somewhere in the front of the car. I jacked up both front wheels, tested them for balance and found them O.K. On testing the track rod for side play found play in both ball joints this I took up, and hereby cured the rattle. Mr. Hutton and I then took the car on the road and found the steering very light, when testing for wobble I could easily produce it but unless one really tried to get a wobble, the steering showed no signs of it being very easy both at high or low speeds. As Mr. Hutton was very pleased with the ease with which one can steer the car and did not want it made stiffer I suggested to him we should be pleased to stiffen the steering for him if he so desired at any time, and left him quite happy, he thanking me for our prompt attention.
