QUARTERLY COMPLAINTS.

The attached is a summary of the work done by GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} assisted by various people mentioned, to overcome the existing complaints on cars. It is proposed that the system of issuing a periodical summary shall be continued and that GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} is to keep in close tough with the Depots.

The information concerning troubles that we have already had from Cricklewood has been of great value.
