I think it will be over another fortnight before Webb wants to see Mrs. Bilbrough as he seems to think it is only a question of seating, and line of vision of the screens, which she has got to decide. This I think is fairly correct if she agrees the colour by the panel sent today.

Webb told me that he is getting the Makers to give him a pattern of a special hood material which though heavier than the one we chose will be considerably lighter than leather and also will be strong enough for the width that he has to contend with.

I had thought of going up to see the School yesterday, but they are in process of moving and I gather that the new place will be about a thousand miles from Charing Cross. Possibly, however, I may have a look in sometime next month.

The last two days brilliant weather have made one rather regret that the job was not finished last week. However, we must hope for some more good weather in the New Year.

Sorry Mrs. Withers had the trouble of telephoning but hope that she got a satisfactory answer.

Best wishes,

Yours,

Captain D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} Withers,
