Contd. -2- EFC1/T2.11.25. Of these last materials, the only one comparable with our present continental bakelite and the No.2 varnished fabric board is the Bakelite Duresto. We append a tabular comparison of the tests of these three materials . A copy of the letter received from Spauldings, subsequent to their Mr. Benton's call, is attached. As regards the bone grey fibre, this was found to be almost identical with the material which we have standardised. The black bakelite micarta material appears to be very good material in many directions. A portion of each of the three samples submitted to us by Messrs. Spauldings is handed herewith for your inspection. EFC. | ||
