Dear Sirs,
We thank you for your letter of 11th February, and have put in hand at once 12 Klingerit 1000 gaskets in thickness .010" to your Drawing EW.1014.
As regards the joints sticking, we are constantly endeavouring to completely eliminate this, and the 12 joints will be graphite treated in accordance with our latest process.
As requested by you, we are asking our Mr.Horton to call as soon as possible and discuss the whole matter further, and take this opportunity of expressing our thanks for enabling us to co-operate with you in this matter.
Yours faithfully,
RICHARD KLINGER LIMITED.
