BJ15/E22/7/27 Confirming a conversation I had with R.{Sir Henry Royce} yesterday, it was decided: a.{Mr Adams} That there shall only be one shutter each side of the bonnet and that should be the rear shutter. This will help to keep the petrol etc. at the rear of the engine cooler than having the shutter in front. b. That louvres shall be entirely discontinued. When it is known beforehand that a car is going to a hot country such as India, two shutters will be fitted to the bonnet on each side. Will you please inform the Sales conference, and will Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} please arrange for the Standardisation Sheet etc. BJ. | ||
