Order No.516. We send you herewith Arrangement J.16390 and details thereon, giving particulars of a modification required to the Self-Starter Motor Test Rig in the Electrical Experimental Dept. This modification consists of installing a portion of a P.III Crankcase and mounting the same on the Rig, so that the Self-Starter Motor will be mounted thereon, in a similar manner to those mounted in the shop. Please have this modification carried out as speedily as possible. This modification also requires carrying out on Mr.Brock's Self-Starter Motor Test Rig, No.6 Shop. In this case a slightly different procedure will be required, in that a Packing Piece J.16401 will require inserting under the Bracket J.16391 to particulars as shown on Arrangement J.16400. Please have this modification carried out in addition to the one mentioned above. EJJ/JV. | ||
