Dear Sirs,

We have received the petrol filter which we sent to you to have an element with a larger filtering surface fitted.

We find the one that you have returned has a larger gap between the plates instead of the same gap between the plates, and a larger outside dia. of disc.

The filter that we have just run 10,000 miles in France had the original gap of about .002" between the plates but a larger dia. of disc than originally supplied.

We should be obliged if you could let us have a filter fitted with this type of element when we will return the one which you have just sent us, which is of no use to us.

Yours faithfully,
