I have sent along to you the latest type of gauges which Messrs. Benson's have made to follow as near as possible the Weston Ammeter general scheme. What I would like to know is whether you consider this particular design more consistent with the ammeter and general scheme of the instrument board than the first pair of black samples submitted to you under cover of my memo BY/JH19/3919.
