CONTINUATION No. 1.

Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd.

6th February, 1937.

Is there anything I can do? Is it a question of bleeding the brakes or something of that sort, or is it a question that when the linings get wet they go all to pot? Whatever it is it is a very dangerous state of affairs, and if there had been any question of driving to the common danger, I would not have had an answer to it, although I have been driving for 26 years without an accident.

I thought I would like to let you know so that you can look into the matter and see whether there is any possibility of correcting this fault, because with the floods about we are sure to be troubled with it again.

Yours faithfully,
Jhn. Howlett
