The Dunlop Rubber Company have submitted to us a special rear seat cushion known as the Latex Upholstery Cushion. It is constructed of sorbo rubber in cellular form; it is very thin and in our opinion is equally as comfortable as pneumatic upholstery and in addition it has the advantage of retaining its shape much better than the usual pneumatic or even the standard upholstered cushion. We wondered if you have come across this type of cusion if not we could send the car down for you to examine as it appears to us that it might be very useful for use in cars where the construction of the body necessitates a thin cusion.
