Many thanks for your Memo.

We had already come across the Dunlop "Latex" upholstery and are keeping in touch with a couple of Coachbuilders who are experimenting with it.

But it seems to possess the disadvantage found with all other types of rubber upholstery, i.e., lack of ventilation which, of course, would only become noticeable on a fairly long journey.

Customers have not infrequently had rubber upholstery replaced for this reason.

It is good of you to offer to send down your car, but you need not trouble to do so as we shall have no difficulty in fixing up for a trial in conjunction with one of our Coachbuilding friends.
