"Corniche" - Twin Exhaust System.

Please receive herewith:-

E.CD.1450 - Downtake & Intermediate Pipe. - "Corniche".
E.CD.1465 - Front Silencers - "Corniche".

The particulars of the front silencers have been taken from the models loaned by the Exp. Dept. of silencers designed and produced by Burgess in Staybrite steel.

The downtake pipes which are not lagged have been made 1.875" outside diameter to match the pipes in the silencers.

We have shown a support for silencers attached to the spacing clip just forward of silencers, although it is only intended that this support shall be used if found necessary, the spacing clip should of course be used from the start.

The rear silencers and tail pipes will be issued shortly.

The cast twin outlet manifold is already in existance. A new crankcase breather pipe is required to make room for the two downtake pipes, and additional holes are required in the chassis frame members to suit the layout of the exhaust pipes.

Will you please detail and instruct for the "Corniche" cars.
