Request to test two returned magnetos for bad slow running and determine responsibility for repair costs.

The above Magnetos have been returned for bad slow running, especially after running some miles, which suggests that it might be worth while to ascertain if temperature has anything to do with the trouble.

Kindly have the parts tested and say whether in your opinion the Magnetos in question should be sent to Makers, and by whom the cost of putting the parts in order should be borne.
