annual tax.
E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} promised to send Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} a memo, setting out what this would be.

SpectreCodename for Phantom III. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} enquired the position of this. Present indications point to the fact that the complete engine will not be in existence in June but Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} is taking up the matter specially.

The design for the gearbox has been passed to BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer}

Other work is said to be well in hand. The gearbox looks like holding the job up but E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} suggested that the gearbox in the Vulture could easily be used for the initial test of the chassis and then the right gearbox fitted in later.

P.T.O. for Aero matters.
