Assigning numbers to departments for handling Bonus Cards and Material Requisitions.

| Mr. Hives Y573 Experimental Dept. Please note that numbers have been assigned to the various Departments of the Works in order to facilitate the handling of Bonus Cards and Material Requisitions. The number assigned to Experimental Dept. under your control, is No 52 All employees of a department (whether skilled operators, inspectors, checkers, or labourers) must mark their Bonus Cards with such number. Material Requisitions issued from your Departments must also bear such number. All Bonus Cards should be marked in the same place, in front of the name number, as shown in the following examples:- 1 MACHINING ONLY. 3 COPPERSMITHS. 15 ERECTING. 17 FITTING. example:- Material Requisitions should be marked as per the following Supplied to "Dept. 1": Supplied to "Dept.17". This procedure is to commence on MONDAY OCT 30.1922. Please see that these instructions are carried out.
