Visit of Motor Press to Works.
19th December.

Some of our Directors, and about 44 Motor Press Correspondents are coming to visit our Works on Dec.19th. They will arrive at the Works at about 1-40.pm.

Will you please be present at 1-30.pm. at the front door to act as guide.

This party of 44 press men will be divided into four groups of 11 each, each group of press men being under three guides. The groups will be called A, B, C and D groups.
The guides for A group will be - Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}, Mr.Maddocks, Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}
" " " B " " " " - BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer}, Hr., Mr.Chandler.
" " " C " " " " - Sft.{Mr Swift}, Rg.{Mr Rowledge}, Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs}
" " " D " " " " - Mr.Shelton, Mr.Clough, Hy.{Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer}

Our guides have been chosen into groups of 3, so that in each group of guides there will be one guide who has had actual experience of any question which is likely to be asked.

You will be sent later an itinerary showing the way round the Works, and which also gives the information which we want to pass on to the visitors.

Mr.Wormald wishes a rehearsal to take place on the afternoon of Dec.18th., so would you kindly be in the front hall at 2.pm. on the afternoon of the 18th., so that we can all go round the Works together and decide exactly what we shall be doing the following day.
