[Strikethrough: we ought to be able to] Report on new 6.50x17 India Tyres. get a complete report for India's before they arrive These tyres have run on plain Rujo use on The Bentley, and were tried out yesterday on 3 B.H. A comparison was made against the standard India tyres 5.50 x 18 also in new condition. For noise in the new state as tested, there was very little difference between the two sets, the standard were however more inclined to groan at speeds below 15 mph. Tyre pressures as tested were 25 lbs front and 28 lbs rear on the 6.50 x 17 tyres and. 30 lbs all round on the 5.50 x 18 Tyres. The steering was slightly heavier with the larger tyres but not unpleasantly so. we were able to produce a low speed wobble with these tyres which could not be repeated with the | ||
