RE BLACKING OF RADIATOR MATRIX. S456.

Further to the above, we give below extract of a letter received from the Radiator Makers in regard to the blacking of the radiators, for your information:-

"In reply to yours of the 11th. inst., with reference to the blacking of the matrix of the radiator, we have taken the matter up with our Enamelling Dept. and have made arrangements to carry out further experiments with a view to overcoming this difficulty.

The fundamental principle underlying this work is that the article should be thoroughly clean before enamelling, and this is a point to which we have always paid particular attention".
