INDIA TYRES FOR 3½ LITRE BENTLEY.

We have 8 India tyres 5.50 x 18" with the ordinary tread for which we have no use. In a telephone conversation this morning 'Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}' asked the India people to let us have 10 silent tread tyres (5.50 x 18") to replace them. Will you please send an order to cover this, and also arrange for the despatch of the 8 tyres which we do not need.

We believe that all India tyres so far received have been supplied free. We think we should pay for future deliveries, as, apart from three or four sets supplied to us here gratis, a large consignment has been sent to Chateauroux free of charge. We do not wish to be under any further obligation to them.
