- 2 - instructed for production :- LeC.2659 Carburetter - Silencer for Vacuum Pump Connection. LeC.2642 Carburetter Mixture Adjustment. The air valve should be held up as some modification will be required to the inlet slots. Dynamo & Magneto Drive. The modification shown on LeC. 2631 should be instructed for production. Water Pump. The tommy bar holes should be provided in the gland nut as shown on LeC.2644, otherwise the gland should remain as at present instructed, as it is considered that the nut should be screwed up against a flange. Wheelcase and Gears. We should instruct modification shown on LeC.2645 for adjustment washers, except that we shall arrange for adjusting washers for the idler gear and not special bushes. Oil Filler. This should be instructed for production as per LeC.2637. Vacuum Pump. This should now be instructed for production as per LeC.2681. Throttle Governor. Modification shown on LeC.2653 should be instructed for production. Oil Pipe. The modification shown on LeC.2660 to be instructed for production. Radiator Suspension. The large diameter single stud and stiffer spring should be instructed for production. Bonnet. R's latest scheme of bonnet catches should be instructed for production. R.{Sir Henry Royce} instructs that we should fit his design of bonnet locks, but we are taking this up with Sales as to whether they propose to supply same as an extra or not. 'P' SECTION. Front Axle Control Dampers. These should now be instructed for production with modifications shown on N.Schs. 2794, 2795 and 2817. | ||
