contd:- -2- to 40 m.p.h., the demountable flange opens out sufficient for it to come off. At the present time, we are being asked by our Sales Dept. what modification has been made to the Dunlop wheels and straight-sided rims in order to overcome the possibility of a customer losing part of the rim when the tyre is deflated. Until we can answer this question definitely and say that the wheels we are now receiving have been modified so that it is impossible for the flange to come off, we shall have difficulty in getting them to recommend straight-sided rims and tyres. We should be pleased to hear from you what you propose to do to overcome this trouble. Yours faithfully, [Faint stamped text: ISSUE] [Faint stamped text: MADE AT CROXLEY] | ||
