Ph.III Brake Cable Failure.

With reference to E.1/HP.22.4.36.

We agree in principle that the point mentioned is a danger spot on the Ph.III and have talked the matter over with By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} The parts will be fitted to 32-EX, and we understand that By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} is going to bring them in on production as soon as he can without disorganising the Works.
